As I reflect on the recent milestone of The Driven Woman Entrepreneur podcast, reaching its 200th episode, I am invigorated by the wealth of insights and candid musings shared by our generous guests.

Our discussion also delved into imposter syndrome, a common experience for many entrepreneurs. It's interesting to note that legitimate experts are often more prone to imposter syndrome, while those without expertise confidently self-promote.

There are many challenges and rewards when embarking on long-term creative projects, from the moments of hesitation, the inclination to stay in the comfort zone, and striving to find clarity amidst the messy middle of a venture.

Client work has its unique advantages and challenges. Instead of writing it off, female entrepreneurs can consider the potential of building trust, respect, and effective communication to cultivate thriving client relationships.

If you happen to be female and in an industry that places a high value on youth, which means anything in the entertainment, beauty, and tech, to name a few, old is out and if you're a woman of a certain age, so are you. So much for 50 is the new 30.

Are you spending too much time pleasing and entertaining others more than you want to? Save time and energy for what really matters by setting boundaries.

Are you a creator of great ideas, but can't seem to find the time to work on them? Be committed to creating a plan, working on your ideas, and getting all the way to done or the world will be without your gifts and magic.

You won't be able to discover your gifts and potential if you continue to look for answers by following others. Stop trying to fit in and just be you.

My admiration for the queens in George R. R. Martin's book series. These characters have been through a lot yet they remain strong, powerful, and driven.

Humans love to identify and put labels not just on ourselves but also on the people around us. When change happens, we still put a label on who we have become.

People quit their jobs to become entrepreneurs and be the boss. Don't be afraid to incorporate your own ideas into your business, that's what makes it exciting.
