The path to confidence for women is not what we've been told, the "confidence con." We become confident when we accept who we are, own who weren't, and embrace and share all of it authentically and without apology.

Taking risks, dealing with uncertainty and fear, managing isolation, and building resiliency as you go make entrepreneurship the ultimate personal growth experience.

People tend to stay comfortable with what they often tell themselves, even if it's limiting beliefs. Not outgrowing our constrictive labels causes us to be inflexible and resort to self-pity. Overcome this tendency by knowing how our brain works.

Whenever we are about to do something for the first time, we will be afraid. We need to take action and keep on taking action. Experience is the best teacher. This is how we build confidence. Confidence is not necessary in order to start, confidence is the result of starting.

When we listen to other people's insights on how we live our lives, we limit our potential. You are the boss of your life and you get to decide how you run it.

Do you have the freedom to pursue your goals? Seeing the importance of supporting and believing in a person's dream and potential to help them stay driven.

Do not hinder yourself from changing course if you feel that you have outgrown your goals and your plans in life. You can always start a new adventure.

What are the things you highlight when sharing experiences to your peers? It is important to be conscious of how we perceive the events that happen to us.

We can change our mindset and how we view things by understanding how our brains work. When we experience changes, our growth mindset will help us adapt.
