I am excited to share today’s guest, John Sovec with you. The Driven Woman Podcast is produced with the driven but distracted female entrepreneur in mind, so you might be surprised to see a man joining us as a guest.
I invited John because he is a therapist and coach, a writer, an internationally recognized speaker. He is also a yoga and mindfulness teacher and one of my closest friends. One of the things that John is an expert in is how to move through fear, the subject of today’s podcast interview.
If you have a goal and find yourself holding back out of fear, whether it’s fear of failure, fear of success, fear of being seen, imposter complex, or all of the above, this episode is for you!
Check out his website, follow him on IG, and visit his YouTube channel for mindfulness, meditation, and breathing tips, here are the links:
This week’s podcast review, from Dear Debt, aka Melanie Lockert, speaker, writer, coach, and host of The Mental Health & Wealth Podcast, writes “Love Diann's energy & personal approach. The episodes are informative and personal, entertaining, and full of ways to be more productive and kinder to ourselves.”
