I have met countless intelligent, driven, ambitious women who unconsciously hold themselves back from the success, love, wellbeing and genuine happiness that they deserve. They label it self sabotage, imposter complex or doubt that they are truly committed to their dreams, and some of them are even shamed by their coaches when this happens, but upper limits are learned and what is learned can be unlearned.
The term upper limit issue comes from the best selling book, The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, PhD. The concepts in this book have changed my life and are one of the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy.
