Lately, we have been talking a lot about fear. In last week’s guest expert interview with John Sovec, we talked about How to Keep Fear From Holding You Back. In this week’s solo episode, we will continue on the theme by discussing how it’s natural to feel that change is hard, how to deal with the fear of change, and the power of habit to make things easier.
It’s all in understanding how the brain works, so I will help you understand how to put it to work for you. Overcoming your resistance and learning to accept change will ultimately make you feel good about yourself and acknowledging your fear will take you one step closer to your life goals.
Our Pod Praise (podcast review) this week comes from Sarah Travel Gal, who writes:
